Hello everybody! This is my first list of new year 2019!
As you know, I make movie lists every single year since I founded my web site www.tst.gen.tr in 1999. Since then; “Titanic”, “Gladiator”, “The Fifth Element”, “The Lord Of The Rings”, “Signs”, “Hair”, “Captain EO”, “Crash”, “The Devil’s Arithmetic”, “Jumper”, “The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button”, “This Is It”, “Inception”, “Immortals”, “The Avengers”, “The Hunger Games”, “He-Man: Masters Of The Universe”, “The Water Diviner”, “Doctor Strange” and “Wonder Woman” became winners between 1999 and 2018. Now a new year has come: it is 2019! I hope you know the rule. If a movie enters TST Interactive’s cinema list, the reproductions of the movie or continuations of the series can’t able to enter my list again. For example, last year I have watched “Maze Runner: The Death Cure”, “Hellboy 2: The Golden Army”, “Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom”, “Professor Marston and the Wonder Women”, “Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again”, “A Cinderella Story: If the Shoe Fits”, “Mission: Impossible – Fallout”, “Mechanic: Resurrection”, “Planet Hulk”, “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald”, “Taxi 5”, “Ant-Man and the Wasp” and “The Predator” of Boyd Holbrook but they couldn’t enter my new list, because in the previous cinema lists, their first versions could enter. In 2018, I have watched lots of movies and most of them were very good and some of them had a potential to be number one. I changed the champion several times but when I watched “Aquaman” at the last day of 2018, I was very affected of the movie and it became the winner in the last minute. This movie is very important, because Nicole Kidman who acted Dr. Chase Meridian in “Batman Forever” came back to DC Comics World by acting Aquaman’s queen mother Atlanna…
Anyway, I put the unique movies in my lists every year. However, in 2009, I made an “all-time greatest movie” list to celebrate my web site’s 10th year birthday. The special and unique list’s winner was “Moonwalker” and was translated into several languages for being in the news. In 2015 I made “The Best Musical Movies” list for www.sadecemuzik.net web site and of course, Michael Jackson’s “Ghosts” became number one. In addition to this, in 2016 I made a list of best super hero movies of all time to celebrate “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” became the champion in the list. In 2018, to celebrate our new cinema web site www.sineanaliz.info I made “Best African-American Movies” list and “The Wiz” of King Of Pop and Diana Ross became the winner… Also in 2014, I published another alternative list which is consisted by greatest time travel movies and “Butterfly Effect” was number one in that list. After I did the list, I have continued to watch time travel movies and TV series. In 2018 I have watched movies called “Senede Tek Bir Gun”, “Frontier (Rubezh)”, “A Wrinkle In Time”, “Avengers: Infinity War”, “Land of the Lost”, “Deadpool 2”, “Will You Be There?”, “Field Of Dreams” and “The Otherworld” which are also told time travel stories. I also watch some TV series such as “Gotham”, “Arrow” and “Crisis On Earth X”. Some of the heroes of these series made time travel, too!
I dedicated this page to the stars who are lost. For example in 2018 we lost many celebrities but I don’t want to count them, because I already wrote about them in my web site’s Turkish part but I want to add that Elvis Presley, Mary Tyler Moore and Freddie Mercury has movies in this list. I want to say “R.I.P” for them…
